This policy explains how the operator identified below ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit a public job page, respond to an advertisement, or contact us about a role.
1. Who is responsible
Leide Media GmbHArabellastraße 23, 81925 München, Germany
Website: https://leidemedia-gmbh.com
2. Data we collect
- Recruitment lead data you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, CV details, preferred role, work eligibility, and messages.
- Job-page activity, consultation clicks, referral URL, language, browser and device information, IP-derived technical data, and timestamps.
- Advertising attribution identifiers and parameters, including UTM fields, fbclid, ttclid, and gclid.
- Correspondence that continues on WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone, email, or another channel you choose.
Please do not send sensitive information unless it is genuinely needed for the recruitment process.
3. Why we use data
We use data to answer job enquiries, assess and manage recruitment leads, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, measure campaign performance, improve our job pages, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, we rely on steps requested before a possible contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations.
4. UTM parameters, cookies, and browser storage
We may read campaign parameters from the URL and use cookies, sessionStorage, or localStorage to retain attribution, language, a session identifier, and similar preferences. These technologies help connect a visit with an advertisement and avoid duplicate event records. Where local law requires consent for non-essential storage, it should be used only after that consent is obtained. You can clear browser storage and control cookies in your browser.
5. WhatsApp and other third parties
Selecting a WhatsApp or other contact button records a consultation click and redirects you to a third-party service. That provider then processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Advertising and measurement platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Google when used for a campaign, may receive identifiers or conversion information. Hosting, analytics, communications, and recruitment service providers may also process data for us. We do not sell recruitment lead data.
6. Retention and international transfers
We keep recruitment leads only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant recruitment process, campaign reporting, dispute handling, security, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them. Retention periods vary by role and local law. Third-party platforms may retain data under their own policies. Data may be processed outside your country; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used.
7. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent. Send requests through the company contact channel listed above with enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Recruitment notice
An enquiry, message, or application is not an offer or promise of employment, interview, visa, sponsorship, salary, or placement. Recruitment decisions remain subject to eligibility, verification, role availability, and any later written agreement.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above identifies the current version.
